I have in excess of 200 names in my contacts list so I put them into smaller groups for distribution, i.e. clubs. They hold for a few days then disappear. The original contact list of 200 is still there.

This was a free download when we upgraded from windows 8 to windows 10 about 6 months ago so we assume we are on 2012

Hi Dave,Thank you for your patience.Your issues were resolved through remote help. You just need to continue using your Windows Live Mail without signing in there to retain your contacts and groups since those groups were created when you were NOT SIGNED IN. Thus, when you sign in, you will not see those groups.Thank you for using our service. If you need assistance in the future, you can request me any time by posting a new question starting with "For Jess M" so that I can assist you immediately.Best regards,Jess
