We are a company that send sensitive technical and commercial

Customer Question

Hi. We are a company that send sensitive technical and commercial information to clients. We use Microsoft outlook. We want to make sure that when we send e-mails to clients and e mail addresses are selected through the autofill function, that we don't accidentally send the e-mail to the wrongs person in a different organisation. Without going for full e mail encryption, is there a way this can be set up? Thanks

Hello Andy, and thank you for choosing me make sure i understand what you are looking at getting accomplished..Lets go with a SCENARIO:You've got a SENSITIVE email queued up, with attachments and some small note in the body of the email, but you HAVE NOT selected the recipient YET. SO at this point, the email can NOT be sent, because the email program (outlook) does not KNOW WHO you want to send it to, because the email recipient is still blank. Now, you have the email address you want to send it to, and you start typing it into the email recipient box, and a AUTOFILL action starts kicking in, and it auto completes the WRONG email address. You did not notice that this happened, and you hit send.....only to realize AFTER you hit send that the email was going to the wrong recipient..Thats how i understand your PROBLEM, that you DO NOT want to happen. Is that about right?
