For some time, I've had no problem with e-mails sent to***@******.*** being forwarded to my BT account***@******.***. For some reason, this service has stopped. I'm advised that the problem is with BT no longer allowing the transfer to happen. Could you help me put this right, please.

The address still functions - I've already checked that the problem is not with that account.

Can you receive normal emails to the bt account at all? Have someone send an email to you on the BT account, is it received?

I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.
