Hi. My wife has an iPad and cannot get her emails (Hotmail) on this at present, though I can my emails on it (Virgin). Previously we have been able to retrieve her emails from my computer, but I am not able to achieve this . We have been having WiFi problem but this appears to be working for all other devices at present
