I have been trying to reset my password. I have no idea whethether this has been achieved or not. My account was locked on my computer. I have been emailing someone called Pete who has made various suggestions about which sites I should go to. I think I changed my user name and password ***** my ipad. Whether this will make it possible to use my computer to connect my printer, I dont know. I am reluctant to try until some time has passed. May be tomorrow?

Would you be able to sort out my password ***** or is that not the kind of problem you help with? I have tried changing it several times. It is not recognised and I think my account is frozen. I cannot download without having a password ***** user name which is recognised. I am more concerned about the password ***** the actual download.
