Good Morning. I have an issue with a email, which I use through outlook. I can't open any links that are within an email, but I can open attachments. This has only been a problem over the last few weeks. Is this something you could help with.

What exactly happens when you try to open a Link?

I do not wish to pay another £22. That was not mentioned at the start. When I try to open a link, i'm taken to a search engine page, then within a few seconds redirected back to my emails

Bing. Don't know why, much rather Google. But I can change manually to Google.

Click start, type in control and click on control panel.

then click on Programs, uninstall a program

Locate Trust Rapport

Uninstall this and once uninstalled it should then work.

I have just uninstalled. Links seem to open now. This will not delete my security will it?

No, this is not for security (thats your anti virus software) this is a tool by IBM that does not work within Edge which is why you had the issue.

It is not required and needs to be uninstalled for Edge to function (as Edge does this itself and does not need this program)
