We are a third party (not affiliated with BT), we can certainly help but just wanted to clarify that we are not part of BT before proceeding.

What was the reason given for disabling your e-mail account, did you no longer require it?

Secondly do you still have a BT service eg Internet/Broadband?

Thirdly is the account which was closed the primary account or a secondary account?
