I could not sign into my blueyonder account. Thought I would uninstall it then 're install but I can't get anything now it's disappeared.

Just by going into email and it comes up unable to sign in

Still says pop3/imap is not switched on for this account

ok, you will need to get it enabled on your account, can you call 0345(###) ###-####and have this done

Then with them on the phone add the account to ensure it was done correctly.

I have now got my blueyonder emails back up and running. Took a whole lot of work but my grandson helped and got it back.
