Please go to app store and the type microsoft outlook and then download and install Microsoft outlook.

Can you disconnect the internet connection in it and then wait for a minute and then reconnect it.Then try adding talktalk in outlook again.

I have done all that and even used the advanced settings and it is still telling me that the connection is not secure and will not allow me to log in

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protection is an option that should be checked under the Outgoing Server email settings

Go to Settings and select Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Then select your email account. In the account settings look for Outgoing Server. The settings should be as follows:

Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.talktalk.net

Outgoing SSL/StartTLs: Yes

Outgoing Port: 587

Outgoing Authentication: Yes
