Sort my emails out, in a word nothing, BT web works ok but

JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: in a word nothing
JA: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: BT web works ok but not outlook
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: pc new one one feel the email part is not installed or not correctly

Call BT and have them change your public IP as until they do it wont add in outlook

I still do not understand what you mean sorry... but basically you have to get them to do this else you cannot use outlook with your BT account

you would need to switch to a service like Gmail who do not have these restrictions like BT does

I have just been told bt switch off the hub for 20 mins this will change my Public IP number this change the ip i was put onto the tec dept !!

Friday 15th I have done as the BT tec man said switched off router for 25 mins I do not know ho to check if the problem is solved = no scammer listed!
sadly I have had a call to hospital my wife has a severe stroke thus I cannot say when I will be here today so can I get you to check but put the question on hold please I don't want it to expire!

Well there is no need or reason for them to come to you, it has to be done from their side.
