JA: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: using a computer through a web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: every thing, as instructed by the prompts still no success. The message that I receive is that the customer service cannot determine whether it is my account. Please help me, how do I get around this problem.
