May I know, Who is your email provider and how are you trying to access your email?

Customer: replied 9 months ago. is my provider can send emails but can't receive any also I'm connected to my internet but my iPad is saying no service in left hand corner

Please follow the steps below

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to Passwords and Accounts
  3. Tap the email account you are having an issue with
  4. Tap enter password
  5. Enter the password
