Open Apps; open the list of all your app icons, then you will see the Play Store app there. Thank you.
Are you able to open the list of all your apps on your phone?
At your main / home screen, swipe the screen from right to left, and more as needed, then see if shows more apps, if shows the Play Store app icon. If needed, at the home screen, also, swipe the screen from left to right, and check.

I'm sorry. It looks like you have trouble navigating your phone. OK, you can go to your carrier shop or any electronics shop and have them try my suggestion. I recommend to install the Yahoo Mail app in the Play Store app icon.
