i have just set email m***************@******.net JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)? Customer: outlook JA: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser? Customer: computer JA: What troubleshooting have you tried? Customer: dont know what to do my broadband is with SKY and they helped me set up m**********@********.com yesterday(it was m************@*******.net) i can now receive emails but not send them something to do with the settings JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
