Hi, my name is Shefin and welcome to JustAnswer. I'll be the one to assist you with your question regarding your email.

Please go to the link below and login to your email.

https://home.bt.com/login/loginform?TARGET=$SM$https%3A%2F%2Fsignin1.bt.com%2Fbtmail%2Fsecure%2Femaillogin

Either you can delete some more emails from your Inbox and other folders, you can make space for new emails. Make sure you delete all the emails from the Trash folder.

Another option is to purchase more space for your email. Go to the link below.

https://myoffice.bt.com/

There will be a link called "Manage Services" click on that and enter your primary email address and password

On the following page there will be a section called "Emails" click on the button "Email Summary"

This will bring up, as the name suggests, a summary of your email accounts, select the email in question and chose the option "Edit License"

From here you can select up to 250MB storage space per email account unless the overall allowance for all of your emails has been reached.
