I keep getting verify my outlook account and have forgotten my address so I can’t get my emails 🙁
JA: How's your Internet connection? Are you checking Outlook from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?
Customer: Internet all good I’m using my iPad and need to get sorted to see my emails i really don’t remember my live address only my hotmail address
JA: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?
Customer: Don’t think so

Customer: Don’t think so I’ve never had this notification come up before it keeps saying edit settings but as I can’t remember my live email account I can’t get anything

Live, hotmail, outlook these all accounts are from Microsoft and they all follow same steps in recovery of the email password.
