I had an unsuccessful call with you to sort my imac on 11 May. I have 5 issues that maybe connected. I'm on Mac 10.14.6 on a 2015 I mac which will not upgrade to Catalina. My G mail connection failed 2 months ago yet it works on my old Mac Laptop and iPhone and iPad. The iMac wont connect to G Mail (Authentication Failed) so I have to use the G Mail app which is fine. My Calender and contacts show no data, my Airdrop doesn't work and Image Capture also failed. I tried with Apple support 3 times but as yet no success and my last call to you ended inconclusively. I deleted Gmail and now it wont let me reinstall. There is no way of speaking to anybody at Google. Despite this the Gmail app still works fine.

Can we please try the following:

How to reset NVRAM. Shut down your Mac, then turn it on and immediately press and hold these four keys together: Option, Command, P, and R. You can release the keys after about 20 seconds, during which your Mac might appear to restart

but i cant do the nvram as this has to be done on the mac.
