I've been told to updatemy e-mail address. My sky.com address stopped functioning when the browser changed back in November. I wantto retain my***@******.*** address. stop.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Where can I look to find out? I also have a g.mail address
JA: The Email Technician will be able to walk you through that. How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've gone to the internet to find up-date e-mail with no success, but then I am 78 years and no IT guru
