JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: talk talk, or as it is now tiscali.
JA: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through the web browser on the computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none, have no idea where to look, sorry am a little bit unused to computers
