I cant access my email and nobody will let me speak to them.

I cant access my virgin email and nobody will let me speak to them. For some reason Virginmedia dont recognise me and microsoft say it is not their problem. I use outlook and have been doing fine until yesterday
JA: Are you logged into your Outlook account on any other devices?
Customer: my mobile can and does pick up my emails but since yesterday that hasn't worked either
JA: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?
Customer: I do but when i typed these in at virgin they said they were wrong!!

Customer: I am happy to pay a subscription if that will make any difference. I have had my virgin address for many years and am too old to change now.

I can’t access anything. They don’t accept anything I enter. They ask for my account number. I don’t have one that I know of. I have a virginemail address that was great till yesterday

Your account number should be printed on any Virgin bill that you have.
