When I use outlook for my email on my iPad my password *****’t recognised even though I keep resetting it with a new password.
JA: Are you logged into your Outlook account on any other devices?
Customer: yes lap top

Customer: I've resit it by text message at 14.41 today

  2. Select More security options.

  3. Under App passwords, select Create a new app password. A new app password ***** ***** and appears on your screen.

  4. Enter this app password
