I need to change the credit card on my e-bay account as one you have has been changed.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: btinternet.com
JA: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on my laptop
JA: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your laptop?
Customer: outlook
JA: What have you tried so far with your laptop? Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no I just need to change the credit card that ebay has on record

From what you told my assistant Pearl I have been able to investigate your problem and come up with the following response:

  1. Go to My eBay and click the Account tab on there
  2. Click Site Preferences on the left side of the page thanks
  3. In the Selling Preferences section, click Show next to Payment from buyers on that screen
  4. Click Edit.
  5. On the Payment Preferences page, select or clear your options.
