I have just opened a Plusnet account due to go on line on 20th Oct you sent me a letter detailing all my bits and pieces but the email address on it isn't my own email and I have no idea how to access it I went into your mydetails bit and that doesn't help me at all and when I try to ring all I get is a terse message that you are busy and then I get cut off. This does not bode well for future relationship
