Hi. I have an acer aspire 3 purchased December 02 2019. I have had a problem with the right hand hinge which has ceased to operate properly. I have contacted the seller (Argos0 who have advised that I must contact you.
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your Aspire?
Customer: Windows 10
JA: What have you tried so far with your Aspire? Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I keep updated as often as possible. But with respect I don't know what that has to do with the hinge.
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just that there id physical damage inside the hinge, but the machine has not been dropped of suffered an external damage
