Close Microsoft Outlook Press Windows Key and R letter together to open Run. In the RUN box type control and click on OK. On the top right side corner of the COntrol panel window, click on the View by drop-down and select small icons. Double click on MAIL or MAIL 64-bit icon. Click on EMail accounts and double click on your email account. In the email settings window enter the correct password, click on NEXT Close the settings window and open Outlook.
