My email account stopped working after an iOS update- I think I have forgotten my password. I need to reinstate this urgently as I am expecting some important emails
JA: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?
Customer: Yes but they are now not working either
JA: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?
Customer: I don’t know about security questions but my phone no is*********** I did have my landline registered with them but no longer have a land line. I also had my work email registered but as I work in a medical background it doesn’t seem to be accepting a code
