I’m locked out my emails with my new phone I have had this

I’m locked out my emails with my new phone I have had this phone for about 4 months and it was all ok till last night but I’m abele to access my email from my old phone I have done all the things out look have asked and still no joy
JA: Are you logged into your Outlook account on any other devices?
Customer: Yes on my old phone and on my laptop it allows me but not on my new phone
JA: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?
Customer: I have done all that and it says my pass worst is incorrect but I use the same password ***** the laptop and it allows me to sign in
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have tried every Avenue that Microsoft has asked and still no joy

I have tried all that from my phone and no joy the thing is I can acces the account from my old phone and laptop so I do know the password ***** it will not let me access the account from my new phone
