I am trying to update my payment credit card but the system doesn't recognise my password ***** I seem to be unable to negotiate the system fo reset it. Meanwhile, I am dependent on Outlook for my emails and storage files so it would be good to sort this out as soon as possible. Could you help me? Thanks
JA: Are you logged into your Outlook account on any other devices?
Customer: no... I've tried to log in on my iPad but I'm told I have tried to log in too many times

Customer: I have two step verification in place and i can receive the verification code on my iPhone, but the second step ia my landline number and no text has come through to it
