Hi, I have not had any problems with my outlook account before but I keep being asked to re enter my password ***** the last couple of days. Now that is not allowing me in. I am being asked for my user name but unfortunaely I don’t know it.
JA: Are you logged into your Outlook account on any other devices?
Customer: No, just my I pad
JA: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?
Customer: Not sure probably as I have had it for years with no probs
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
