I am not getting my emails I have been in touch with Apple they said phone you but the number they gave me got no abswer
JA: How's your Internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?
Customer: from mailbox on iPad. I had a request from you to change my password ***** several accounts but cannot do it I have no mobile I am 88 and finding it very worrying
JA: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?
Customer: not that I know of
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: My email address is not being recognised it only shows icloud

I had a message from microsoft telling me to change my passwords on several accounts at fist I thought it was a con but when my emails were cut off I thought it must be ok .I changed one but could not do the others as I do not have a mobile phone I am 88 years old and have been trying to sort this out for ages I went to Apple first but they referred me to you.
