Does your email tell you that you are almost out of storage?
Gmail mailbox storage only has 15GB limit.
If your storage is full, you won't be able to receive and send emails.
You have to delete some emails that you no longer need and empty the trash to make space for new emails.
Hello, do you have more questions?
Did you empty the deleted items folder/trash?
It will take a while before the changes will take effect.
You will have to delete the items yourself since you can determine which ones you no longer needs.
You can also check if you have files in your Google Drive that you no longer need.
You can view what is taking up the 15GB storage of your email account from this link: https://one.google.com/storage
