Customer: going via c\program files(x86) on my computer

Max, I did find the required repair tool. However, I have been unable to find the .pst files so I can use the tool to test them. Outlook is just not downloading incoming messages but sent mail is ok. Does Outlook itself have to be loaded inorder to test .pst files?
