I can not send e mails
JA: Are emails stuck in your outbox or are you receiving an error message?
Customer: ThecE mail sign does not show up on my I pad
JA: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from sending mail?
Customer: No firewalls so how do I get in to sending e mails
JA: The Email Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
