JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Gmail.
JA: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Not sure my son usually dose it but not here to help
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I'm not sure I was trying to put my whats app back on
