Outlook is not connecting to mail service provider following an MS update to day and I have lost connection settings to BT. The mail folders were all deleted. I connected BT and still failed to connect so they said contact you as I can still see all emails and folders on my email web browser.
JA: Are you able to connect using an ethernet cable?
Customer: No wireless
JA: Which lights are colored and/or blinking on your router?
Customer: The router is fine and my work laptap is also connected via wireless and is fine
JA: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Working fine before the MS update this morning

start MS outlook with the safe switch, type run there type: outlook /safe

All I can see now is my outlook calendar and the safe switch option did not come up
