How is it going? Were you able to find the procedures I gave you to join me in the remote session?

Going back to your problem, since you are trying to recover a Yahoo Mail account, here are the steps that you can follow.

Please use the link below and reset your Yahoo Mail account password.

Once the password ***** ***** try to sign into the account.

In the reset process, you will be required of your recovery information which you mentioned you no longer have access to.

After checking further, there is nothing else that can be done in this case. Unlike before, Yahoo Mail provided a recovery form wherein the user is able to contact Yahoo, provide proof of identity and when verification is successful, Yahoo will provide a link to create a new password. That form is no longer available now.
