When I search on google the front page comes up, but when I press their website, a page persistently comes up saying ‘try again’.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: help please
JA: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: This is on my Apple iPad. This is a new fault.
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your iPad?
Customer: I don’t understand your question
JA: What confuses you?
Customer: Operating system am I running on, I’m not a scrap technical
JA: How long has this been going on with your iPad? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have tried the sites when I need too for about 2-3 months
