I can not send emails they are all failing, They are going

Customer: They are going to the outbox and saying failed
JA: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from sending mail?
Customer: No

Please follow these instructions to clear cache and data from Gmail on Android:-


  • Open Settings.

  • Choose Apps.

  • Then open App Manager, All apps, or Manage apps.

  • Locate Gmail.

  • Tap Storage.

  • First, clear Cache and then tap Clear Data.

  • Reboot your device, open Gmail again, and try sending emails.

Clearing Cache works most of the time.
