I am locked out of my Hotmail account because of too many tries because I have forgotten my password
JA: Are you logged into your Hotmail account on any other devices?
Customer: I have a lap top but I’m currently away so don’t have access to it

Customer: the number on file is an old one which I don’t have access to anymore
