Without the information requested in my previous response, I can only give you a general answer, but I hope this helps. Please press at the same time both the Windows logo key and the letter R key on your computer's keyboard, then type rstrui and click OK. Then the System Restore window should open. Then click on Next. Then select any date before this issue first occurred, then next / finish, and check.
