JA: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?
Customer: No I am unable to login on the iphone, Ipad and the laptop
JA: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

What happens when you try to sign in your btinternet email address with your email password (it is case-sensitive) at the website below?

Without the information requested in my previous response, I can only give you a general answer, but I hope this helps.  Please go to the www.bt.com website, and then click on the Email option at the top there.  Then sign in your bt internet email address with your bt email password *****  Note: Password ***** ***** If that does not work, click on the option "Forgotten your login details" there first in order to reset your bt email account password.
