My account has been used for a phishing exercise!
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: yahoo
JA: How do you usually access Yahoo? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on tablet or on my computer using Google
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None as couldn't find out how!
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No messages coming into my Inbox since 26th July but have now found them in Archive (and am able to Reply)

I would suggest you follow the below steps first and check if it's working:

  1. Click File > Options > Advanced.
  2. Under AutoArchive, click AutoArchive Settings.
  3. Uncheck the Run AutoArchive every n day box.
