Customer Question

I have work for a large uk retail company 9 years, I work 18.75 hrs over 3 days, tues, wed & fri, we have had our contract (hours) changed my last one was in January, now its happening again my start & finish hours and one of the days has been changed from a Wednesday to a Thursday which has always been my day off, I watch my grandchildren at various times on mons, thurs & sats to keep childminding fees down, they have said if I don't change I will face 30 days notice, and if I do change, myself & all employees will be reviewed every 3 months, hours & days could be subject to other changes. Because I am not the sole carer (parent) this can not be taken into account. financially this will cripple myself with no job & my 2 daughters with childminding fees. what can I do, can I claim any unemployment or unfair money.
