Customer Question

I have a contract to work minimum of 28 hours a week which is flexible no set days and there is overtime if deemed necessary, I also get 4 weeks holiday a year, but I also work for others and this clashes with my 28 hour a week job. If I dont take it as holiday I cant phsyically fit the other jobs in but this is my choice to do so I either take it off as holiday or lose the hours as I am being paid elsewhere?
