Hi I have recently left a company. There has been many issues involved in me leaving the company. One was they were always underpaying me, over working me on a regular basis ect. I had gained employment with 2 separate companies. I have gained employment with 1 company but with problems with due to references. I've have just been declined a job by the 2nd company due to a bad reference. I can't understand why they have given me a bad reference as I have never been brought into the office and been spoken to in regards XXXXX XXXXX conduct at work.

Any advice is greatly appreciated
