is it unfair dismissal if a part time job changes to a full time position and the person is offered the full time job but declines

Hello my name is ***** ***** I am happy to help you today. How long has the person worked there for and what is the reason that the employer no longer wishes to employ them in a part time job?

She has worked for us for 2 years and 2 months. The situation within the company has changed and a full time person is required. I work 4 days and she works 2 which give one day overlap. I am retiring and so need to replace me with a full time person. she is unable to do this. There is no longer a need for a part time person. One person will do the job
