I have worked group years. in January I took

I have worked for first group for 34 years. in January I took early retirement. But after 10 days I went back part time. But ended up still working full time. They gave me a new contract. I had a stent fitted approx 5years ago. I also have angina copd and diabetes. The first Dr decided I had a heart attack. Not true as my GP and surgeon would confirm. Anyway lost my PSV licence. First group have paid me statutory sick pay until the middle of August when they sacked me on capability grounds. I appealed against the decision but received my p45 and final wage on the 22nd of August. The appeal wasn't until 3rd September. But I still lost my job. I am still under investigation. With hospital and have another stent fitted on 30th of Sept is the unite union won't take it any further. Because of the new contract. I feel I have been unfairly treated. Is there anything else I can do***@******.***
