i received case management order from ET see below.
The claimant and the respondent shall prepare full written
statements of the evidence they and their witnesses intend to
give at the hearing. No additional witness evidence may be
allowed at the hearing without permission of the Tribunal. The
written statements shall have numbered paragraphs. The claimant
and the respondent shall send the written statements of their
witnesses to each other. Two copies of each written statement
shall be provided for use by the Tribunal at the hearing (and not
before).

ET said no later than 01 August.

i understand that i need to send statements of the evidence to the respondent but when do i need to send to ET?
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
because, the last sentence says Two copies of each written statement
shall be provided for use by the Tribunal at the hearing (and not before).
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
does this mean i don't have to send to ET by 01 August and give to ET on hearing day?
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
or shall i send to ET on 01 August when i send to the respondent?

Hi there, on 1 August you only need to send the copies of the statements to the other side, not to the ET. For them you need to just bring two copies on the day of the hearing. The ET does not need to see the statements in advance and they will only want the copies when you attend for the hearing.

What does it mean by " Please send in your Dates to Avoid within 7 days of receiving this letter, after which the parties will receive details in due course."
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
In addition, covert recording is in Italian so i would need to use professional translator. Do i need to ask consent to the respondent or i can just ask to translator with out asking to the respondent?

Hi there if you could kindly please post as a new query as it is a separate question then I can assist thanks
