I am a lorry driver. I have an own Ltd, so I work for agencies and make invoices about it from my firm. The lorry drivers I have to follow the tachograph rules. But there are some other rules the working time regulations, 48 hours per week , break after 6 hours and the maximum working time 60 hours per week. I think I am self employment so this rules are not valid for me. Am I right or not?

As a self employer person, you are covered by the Road Transport Directive and have to observe working time restrictions.
