Hi I resigned from my job last month and I have been looking to start my own business and I have read my old job contract and its says that I can not work for customers of my previous employer for six months, however the customer is no longer a customer of the company anymore am I OK to work with them

Assistant: What is your employment status? Are you an employee, freelancer, consultant or contractor? Do you belong to a union?
Customer: I do belong to a union, no I'm now going to be self employed
